Food & Drinks
Regular raised donuts. Flavors available: glazed, chocolate-frosted, maple-frosted, cherry-frosted, sugar, vanilla-frosted with sprinkles, vanilla-frosted with coconut. Others available seasonally.
Cake donuts. Flavors available: buttermilk, glazed, chocolate, double chocolate, cherry-frosted, maple-frosted, vanilla-frosted with coconut, cinnamon sugar. Blueberry-cake and cherry-cake available on select days. Other flavors available seasonally.
Filled bismarks. Flavors available: Glazed with lemon filling, chocolate-frosted with raspberry filling, chocolate-frosted with bavarian cream filling, chocolate-frosted with chocolate whipped cream filling. Other flavors available seasonally.
Chocolate-frosted long johns. Choose between whipped cream and bavarian cream filling. Other frostings available upon request with at least a day's notice.
Similar to long johns, these bear claws are filled with whipped cream, and topped with maple frosting and toasted coconut. Other frostings available upon request with at least a day's notice.
Classic fried cinnamon rolls.
Cinnamon twists (also known as braids). Coated in glaze.
Cinnamon pretzels (a cinnamon twist in the form of a pretzel). Coated with either glaze, chocolate frosting, maple frosting, or cinnamon sugar.
Classic fritters. Always a customer favorite, we have apple every day. We also have cherry and blueberry during the week, alternating between the two. Other flavors available seasonally.
Apple fritters with a twist. We put bits of Hatch green chile to spice them up. Available Friday and Saturday.

Small empanadas filled with fruit. Baked, not fried. Fillings include: apple, pineapple, apricot, cherry, and raspberry. Other fillings (blueberry, lemon, strawberry, pumpkin) available seasonally.

A single iced cutout cookie. Different shapes and decorations available for different occasions. Price subject to increase based on complexity and size of cookies.

Although biscochitos are traditionally eaten at Christmastime, we make them all year long! Topped with cinnamon sugar, these are always a customer favorite.

I went in a little late on a Saturday. A lot of the donuts were sold out but I ordered half a dozen of what they had left and two apples fritters. Everything was absolutely delicious. The donuts are light and fluffy and the apple fritter was amazing. I highly recommend and can't wait to try more. Best donuts in town including Albuquerque. I wanted to order some tortillas but learned you have to call ahead to order them. I will definitely be back!

They went above and beyond on my daughter's birthday cake. The cake itself was delicious, we got the tres leches flavor, and it is by far the best cake I've had!
Awesome staff and amazing donuts! I love how kind everyone is and how easy they are to work with! My husband and I ordered a baby shower cake and it came out better than I could have imagined! Mari was really amazing with the creative license we gave her and the cake we got looked too good to eat and was absolutely perfect! Will definitely be returning if I need a cake for any occasion! (Or if I get a donut craving!)
Thank you for making my birthday wishes come true! We ordered a strawberry cake with a Barbie theme and it was delicious and beautiful. It was perfect and I'll be ordering all cakes from Manny's from now on.

Really good pastries, came here on a whim and glad I did, by 10:20 they were pretty sold out but what I did get tasted great, would recommend this place and hardly ever give 5 stars. The lady working the counter was also super friendly. Update- came back again and still best donuts I've found in NM still highly recommend
This place is awesome! I had a fried cinnamon bun. OHMYGOSH! Now I know why I got the last one. All of their donuts and rolls are homemade. It's a genuine retro vibe that is old school but VERY clean and cheerful. I cannot wait to try the apple fritters! They were sold out when I got there. Get there early to get the best selection. The prices are reasonable and so MUCH better than commercial donuts!
Fantastic bakery! I requested a vintage syle heart shaped cake, and they nailed it. It's gorgeous and tastes AMAZING. Very reasonable pricing as well. I'll definitely order from them again.
